JS Wealth is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information JS Wealth holds by complying with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance with respect to the management of personal information. JS Wealth is equally committed to ensuring that all our employees and agents uphold these obligations. JS Wealth is pledged to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

Users of Personal Data

All personal data concerning you may be used by the following persons:

1. JS Wealth and/or any of its affiliates or associates;
2. any director, officer or employee or agent of JS Wealth;
3. any contractor, agent or service provider which provides administrative, data processing, financial, computer, telecommunications, payment, lawyers, advisers, professional or other services authorized by JS Wealth when carrying out your Instructions and/or the business of JS Wealth;
4. any actual or proposed assignee of any rights and obligations of JS Wealth in relation to you;
5. any governmental, regulatory or other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law or regulations applicable to any member of JS Wealth; and
6. any 3rd party designated or appointed by you with reasons that are accepted by JS Wealth.

Purposes of Collecting Personal Data

All personal data concerning you may be used by any User for the following purposes:

1. providing services and products, including but not limited to human resources management, pension and company administration related services and products, to you;
2. designing further products and services or marketing existing or future products and services of JS Wealth to you.
3. forming part of your records of JS Wealth to whom the data may be passed;
4. transferring of such data to any place outside Hong Kong;
5. providing on the terms of any other agreements and services relating to you;
6. any purpose relating to or in connection with compliance with any law, regulation, court order or order of any regulatory body; and
7. other purposes related or incidental to any one or more of the above.

If you access JS Wealth's information or services through the JS Wealth website, you should be aware that cookies are used. Cookies are data files stored on your browser. This helps JS Wealth to provide you with a good experience when you browse the JS Wealth website and also allows JS Wealth to improve JS Wealth Website. JS Wealth intends to use your data in direct marketing and your consent is required (which includes an indication of no objection) for such purpose. In this connection, please note that:

1. The name, age group, contact details (including phone number, residential/mailing address and email address), products and services information, and demographic data of you held by JS Wealth from time to time may be used by JS Wealth in direct marketing;
2. The following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed:
   1. human resources management, pension and company administration related services and products as well as any associated promotional offers;
   2. reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related services and products;
   3. services and products offered by JS Wealth's co-branding partners of JS Wealth for the relevant services and products, as the case may be); and
   4. donations and contributions for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes;
3. The above services, products and subjects may be provided or (in the case of donation and contributions) solicited by JS Wealth and/or:
   1. any Group member of JS Wealth;
   2. third party services providers;
   3. third party reward, loyalty, co-branding or privileges programme providers;
   4. co-branding partners of JS Wealth and its Group member; and
   5. charitable or non-profit making organizations;
4. in addition to the marketing the above services, products and subjects itself, JS Wealth also intends to provide the data described in (a) above to all or any of the persons described in (c) above for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects, and your written consent is required (which includes an indication of no objection) for such purpose;

If you do not wish JS Wealth to use or provide to other persons your data for use in direct marketing as described above, you may exercise your opt-out right by notifying the Data Protection Officer of JS Wealth via the below contact details.

Protection measures

JS Wealth has adopted protection measures, such as restricting access to personal data to relevant employees on a “need-to-know” basis, providing relevant training to the employees to handle personal data properly and applying encryption to personal data when necessary, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected.

Rights of Access and Correction

You have the right to have access to and correction of your personal data as set out in PDPO. In general, and subject to certain exemptions, you are entitled to:

1. enquire whether JS Wealth holds personal data in relation to you;
2. receive an intelligible response from JS Wealth within a reasonable time after making such enquiry; (Note: JS Wealth might charge non-excessive fee for the enquiry)
3. request the correction of your personal data; and
4. be given reasons if a request for access or correction is refused, and object to any such refusal.
